You can contact the administrator of your company. The administrator has the rights to change password for all the registered members of his company.

9. Can I get to know the numbers of calls made on a particular customer?

In the member’s homepage, there is an option to view the call history for a customer. By entering the customer’s name, you can search for all the calls made on that customer.

10. Can I review the performance of a particular executive or product?

Yes, performances can be reviewed collectively as a group or individually. The reports can be viewed by going to the "Reports" section.

11. What kind of reports can you get at SalesMIS.net?

SalesMIS.net provides detailed MIS with respect to the sales activities. Sales reports with respect to product and sales executives can be generated at SalesMIS.net.

12. Can I download my data for analysis?    *
