Information Collection and Use

SalesMIS.net would collect personally identifiable information of companies and its employees, who wish to avail this service, as a part of the registration process. 

• After the registration process, your company and your 'defined' users would be a 
  known entity to us.  The 'defined' users are created after the company registration process.
  

• SalesMIS.net would receive and record information pertaining to company short 
  name, user name and password when one of your 'defined' users logs in.  This information is recorded only for the particular session for which the 'defined' user is logging in

 

• SalesMIS.net would also receive and store transaction information, relevant to the application.

 

• This information is used to uniquely identify your company and your 'defined' 
  employees and to provide the content based on the profile.

 

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Netlink Technologies would not share, rent or sell your information to other companies or people.  Your personally identifiable information would be used or accessed:

To directly communicate with you on any updates, feature enhancements or policy 
changes concerning the 'site' or 'service'.

 

• By our personnel, for backups and restoration only.

Cookies

SalesMIS.net does not collect information in the form of cookies for its services.  The SalesMIS.net service may receive and store information in future in the form of cookies for enriching the user experience by customising their preferences.

User Preferences

SalesMIS.net is a pre-paid service application on the Internet.  Companies must provide information during the registration process, for reasons specified, to derive functionality from SalesMIS.net. Companies have the right to add, modify and delete information concerning their operations, anytime. 

Though our policy remains to continuously strive towards delivering improved features and benefits to our subscriber base, companies may also choose to opt of the services rendered by SalesMIS.net.

Security

Netlink Technologies’ primary concern is the security of your data, which we have collected and have put in place measures to prevent unauthorised access.

Physical security in terms of CCTV and swipe-card access prevents any unauthorised entry to the data-center.  A state-of-the-art firewall enables packet-filtering and provides 
excellent Quality of Service (QoS).  The 3-tier security model integrated into the architecture makes SalesMIS.net safeguards your data and allows only legitimate users to access your company information.

Privacy Policy Revision

Netlink Technologies is sensitive to the users’ privacy issues and recognises the need to update this policy as new features and business services are offered.  All the primary contacts of the companies would be notified in the event of any revision or updates to this policy.
